Note on photo reads: “Chief Samuel Blue, left, and O. Orlando Barrus, right, in 1908. Orlando Barrus and his wife were Missionaries who taught school and presided at Branch meetings in 1908-1911. They built a home and dug a well for water which is still in use at the Catawba Reservation.”
